Version 15 and previous versions can be installed on the same computer.

A new license was purchased after 10/15/2009
You are entitled to a free upgrade.
In several cases your license is activated for version 15. To know if your license is activated, check the serial number. If it’s starts with W15A, T15A or K15A, it means you’re ready to work with version 15.

If your number starts with W14A, T14A or K14A you will need to update your dongle online. Please send us an email requesting your upgrade password. We can send it to you immediately so long as your license has been registered. To register your license please fill out and send us the yellow registration card included in each package or use the registration option in the “?” menu.

As for the paper documentation, you received a version 14 package. If you wish to receive a version 15 package (DVD + Books), you would just have to pay for shipping and handling. For this, please contact us.

You ordered one or more upgrades from an older version to version 14 after 10/15/2009.
You can purchase your upgrades to version 15 at the price difference. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for a quotation for your upgrades.

You ordered one or more upgrades from version 14 to version 15
You will receive an email with the insructions to upgrade your dongle. You can already download version 15 from our website.
Orders will start shipping out on the first week of June.

You ordered one or more upgrades from an older version to version 15.
We sent you version 14. Your dongle is already ready to work with version 15. If you wish to receive the version 15 package with the books and DVD, you would just have to pay shipping and handling. For this, please contact us.
